Terms of Service

- Payement: must be paid in full or half via Paypal before the commission is started. The currency is in EUR.(click If you want to check the right currency)-Personal use: the client reserves the right to use the commission for their personal usage, this includes but not limited to print for personal display, wallpaper, posted as profile icons on websites/social medias as long as they give proper credits to the artist.-Revisions: the artist will request revision approvals for at least 2 instances of the work, specifically for the sketch and coloring (pre-rendering) phase.
These revisions cannot lead to backtracking already approved steps, nor increase drastically the amount of work planned for the commission.-Refunds: commissions are non-refundable after payment unless the artist decides to cancel the commission, if the artist has not sent any update regarding the commission progress for a period longer than 14 days or if the artist is the only one at fault for missing a rush-order deadline. Only in those cases, the payment will be fully or partially refunded if the client requests it.-Termination: if the client fails to respond to revisions approval from the artist for a period longer than 14 days, the commissioned work will be considered completed by both parties without need of refunds or further work.- Private and Commercial use: unless negotiated otherwise, the artist reserves the right to use and publish the commission and work in progress on their social medias, streaming platforms, banners, websites and portfolio as well as retain the commercial use licenses of the commission.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. [Unless stated and agreed upon with the commissioner]
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
Using the sketch to commission other artists before paying the second half.
NFT AND AI - You are prohibited from using my work as an NFT and promoting NFTs, under any circumstances. You are also prohibited from feeding my work into any AI image generator, under any circumstances.
